Introduction and Mission Statement

Welcome to the home page of Kopman Law Advisors/Law Offices of Daniel D. Kopman P.C. ("Kopman Law").   The web site provides an overview of
Kopman Law and the services we provide our clients. From our offices in Orange County, Kopman Law serves the needs of individuals and businesses
throughout Southern California in matters involving litigation, business legal services, real estate, taxation law, estate planning, asset protection and  trust
and estate administration.   Through its principal, Daniel D. Kopman, the firm also provides alternative dispute resolution (mediator and arbitrator)
services.  We also have an international client base with whom we regularly consult.

The Firm prides itself in its discerning clientele, who prefer to avoid unnecessary risk and uncertainty.  They do so by placing their reliance on the technical
competence and extensive experience of Kopman Law.  The firm is proud of its ability to handle complex legal matters with timely, cost-effective and
demonstrated results.  Our clients' confidence comes from the knowledge, experience and resources which Kopman Law has at its disposal, as well as our
track record.  Our clients also appreciate the personal approach we use in delivering legal services. Clients know that we can easily be reached when
issues of uncertainty and related questions arise.

We view our clients as partners who are working together to achieve particular goals.  Early on in the practice we were aware of the importance of listening
to clients' feedback.  This process has become an active culture within the Firm.  Our clients would communicate their frustrations in dealing with past
counsels, including the disconnect they had experienced. They also believed this sense of detachment, ranging from the failure of predecessor counsel to
timely report changes in the status of matters or in returning telephone calls, to comprehensive failure in the interview an counseling of clients, had
imperiled if not thwarted the outcome of legal matters. We firmly believe in the importance of active client participation in the legal process and that clients
endeavor to maintain an ongoing understanding of the status of, and issues surrounding their matter.  Toward that aim, we continually and supportively
emphasize that understanding by inviting questions and frank discussion.
