Daniel D. Kopman, Esq. CPA - Principal

Mr. Kopman holds business and law degrees from the University of Southern California and Loyola Law School.  His legal experience spans nearly twenty
years, and his practical experience as a licensed Certified Public Accountant covers nearly a quarter century.   Daniel Kopman is Martindale-Hubbell rated
as having high to very high competency levels in his practice and the highest professional and ethical standards.

Formerly, as a practicing Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Kopman was associated with such large international accounting firms as PriceWaterhouse
Coopers and Arthur Andersen & Co., and provided services to small and large businesses alike, including consulting with the principals of such concerns on
business, financial and estate planning matters.

In the legal arena Mr. Kopman has been associated with both large international law firms and smaller law firms alike.    Not completely contented with the
firms he observed in the marketplace and, arising out of an the interest of providing unparalleled client service to his existing client base, Mr. Kopman
created his law practice in 1999.  

Mr. Kopman has significant legal experience in both transactional and litigation contexts.   Such experience enables him to handle matters through to
completion should litigation become inevitable.  Mr. Kopman is a noted speaker at seminars given to lawyers and CPA's on topics within the firm's practice
areas.

Mr. Kopman serves as a settlement officer for the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts, and he is a mediator and arbitrator chair for such forums as
the New York Stock Exchange and National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).   Mr. Kopman was the recipient of an award for most frequently
selected mediator for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California for 2002.

Daniel Kopman is a member of the following courts, forums and professional organizations: State Bar of California, Taxation Section; American Bar
Association; American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; California Society of CPA's; admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central
District, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and United States Tax Court;  Probate Volunteer Panel Counsel of Los Angeles County Superior Court.
